Holding an LLB degree, he specializes in Labour Law and is responsible for General Litigation, including Criminal, Civil and Labour Law Dispute Resolutions. A former Magistrate and part-time Commissioner of the CCMA and several private and public bargaining councils, he also chairs disciplinary hearings across South Africa. Additionally, he handles contract drafting, Injury on Duty claims, RAF claims and employer representation in Labour matters.

Joined our dynamic firm in 2001 and holds a B-Proc Degree from the University of Bloemfontein together with a Diploma in Deceased Estates from UNISA. He heads the firm's Conveyancing Department and has extensive experience in conveyancing, trusts, estate planning and the administration of deceased estates, providing practical legal solutions for individuals and businesses alike.

Martin Terblanche

He holds an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria, has completed Law School, and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with the right of appearance in the High Court. He has 17 years of experience in civil litigation in Pretoria. He specialises in civil litigation and divorce matters, providing clients with practical legal advice and professional representation, while striving to achieve the best possible outcomes. With extensive experience in the legal field, he approaches each matter with professionalism, dedication and a practical understanding of his clients’ needs. He also serves as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court, further reflecting his commitment to providing accessible and effective legal assistance.

Tedré van Wyk

Tedré van Wyk holds an LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Regenesys Business School. She is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and has experience in Road Accident Fund matters, personal injury claims, criminal law and civil litigation. Having grown up on a farm in the Griqualand West area near Postmasburg, Tedré has always had a strong connection to and love for the Northern Cape. After spending several years in Cape Town and the surrounding towns of the Western Cape, she has returned to her roots and is pleased to continue her legal career closer to home. She has recently moved into the field of conveyancing, where she is gaining further experience and developing her knowledge of property law. She looks forward to using her experience and growing expertise while serving the community she calls home.

Sonya Hofmann joined the firm in 2008 and is well known for keeping the practice running with an "iron fist." She is dedicated, dependable and always goes the extra mile to support both the legal team and clients. Sonya also holds an LLB degree from UNISA, giving her a strong understanding of both the firm's financial and legal operations.
